You will have full use of The Nourishing Room - our sacred space for relaxation, detoxification, rest and regeneration utilising the infrared sauna the time selected below with 10 minutes to emerge. You may continue to rest and relax in our waiting. 

You should select this 15 minutes is  you are new to infrared sauna use. Until your body is use to the potent effects of the sauna please use the space for up to 15 minutes. If you have experience with the sauna you should choose a longer duration. 

All sessions are set to 120 degrees - if you would like a higher temp please add this to the notes in your booking. 

The sauna may accomodate up to 2 people - an additional $10 is charged for the additional person.
